Your Homework:

  • Practice Tibetan Breathing 3 times a day, with 3 sets each time. It takes less than 2 minutes per session.

  • Use this technique anytime during the day when you need to restore balance and stillness.

  • Pay attention to how your body, mind, and emotions respond. Notice any blockages or areas where energy feels stuck, and gently release them with intentional breathing.
