Training at Ecopark, Hanoi, Vietnam
Why We Choose to Train at Ecopark
We chose Ecopark intentionally.
If you’re training like a professional athlete — physically, energetically, and mentally — you also need to recover like one. Ecopark offers a quiet, spacious environment with access to nature, walking paths, clean air (during our training time), and supportive amenities that allow the nervous system and body to reset between training sessions.
This is not a resort or retreat experience. It’s a training environment designed to support focus, recovery, and integration.
You’ll have access to spas, massage, hot tubs, walking/biking trails, and restaurants. We’ll share recommendations that align with our lifestyle and standards — places we’ve personally vetted for quality, energy, and integrity. Please treat these vendors with respect; they are part of our extended local ecosystem.
Our role here is to train you.
We are not intermediaries, concierges, or retreat hosts. If everyday issues arise, we’ll help where appropriate, but this is not a hospitality service.
Practical Logistics
Visas, Transportation & Accommodation
Once you sign up for our in-person training, we’ll provide a general information document covering:
Booking accommodations
Getting to Ecopark
Transportation options
Visa considerations
You are responsible for doing your own research and managing logistics.
If you need to do a visa run, you must inform us in advance, as you may miss a training day. We’ll share practical recommendations, but scheduling is your responsibility.
Orientation & Integration Days
We strongly recommend arriving early and staying after the training dates.
Orientation Day (before training begins)
Integration Day (after training ends)
These days are essential for grounding, context, and integration.
Orientation Day (What to Expect)
Early start (around 6am)
Opening discourse (approx. 2 hours):
What this training is — and what it is not
Expectations, structure, and boundaries
Simple breakfast provided (coffee, light food)
Practical guidance for training, recovery, and daily rhythm
Note:
Some students ask for in-person treatment before the start of the training, please send us your inquiry about this so we can schedule the 3-session treatment in advance.
Rest, Recovery & Integration
Rest is not optional.
You are training intensively. Treat recovery the way professional athletes do:
Pace yourself
Rest during the hottest part of the day
Avoid overstimulation
Allow boredom
Take time to integrate
Training happens in waves. Integration is where the work settles.
