OUR PROGRAM PILLARS
Wisdom Tree currently offers three main training pathways
(Scroll down to learn about each pillar and the courses associated with them)
Art of Chi — Internal Alchemy (Nei Gong) and energy transformation. This is the foundation of all our energy work. Start the foundation training online here.
Art of Longevity — the movement arts of Qi Gong and Tai Chi (Wai Gong). This is the physical expression of internal energy and long-term vitality.
Art of Medicine — ancestral, non-invasive healing arts that weave together Eastern & Western approaches to healing, including: Classical Chinese Medicine, Medical Qi Gong, Anthroposophy, and Hermetic–Kabbalistic Alchemy.
For 2026, our focus is simple:
Movement, Self-Healing, and Energy Alchemy.
These three pathways naturally interweave to form the courses and trainings we’ll be offering throughout the year.
