Pillars: Art of Chi (Module 1, 2), Art of Longevity (Module 1, 2), Art of Medicine (Module 2)
A 10-day immersion into the practical art of ancestral medicine — where energy meets touch and theory becomes experience.
PURPOSE
This course is designed to help students translate the principles of internal and ancestral medicine into direct, practical application.
Through daily training in both energetic and manual techniques, students learn to work with the human body as a living landscape — reading its rhythms, understanding its signals, and guiding its return to balance.
Morning sessions focus on energy work and movement, refining sensitivity through the Art of Chi (AoC) and Art of Longevity (AoL).
Afternoon sessions explore the hands-on healing arts of Art of Medicine (AoM) — cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, fire therapy, meridian palpation, and diagnostic assessment through pulse, tongue, and abdomen.
The course serves as a bridge between theory and spiritual insight — cultivating precision, safety, and confidence in the application of ancestral healing methods. It serves both as professional development for practitioners and as a deepening path for students who wish to embody living medicine through practice, touch, and presence.
This course is for you if…
You’re ready to turn inner understanding into skilled, tangible practice.
This training is for those who want to bridge energetic awareness with direct, hands-on healing.
It’s for you if:
You’re a student or practitioner of healing arts seeking real-world application of internal medicine principles.
You want to learn how to work confidently with tools such as cupping, moxa, gua sha, and fire therapy, guided by energetic understanding rather than rote technique.
You’re drawn to develop sensitivity through touch — learning to read the body’s language through pulse, tongue, abdomen, and meridian palpation.
You value an integrated approach where energy work, movement, and manual therapies function as one coherent system.
You’re looking for a learning environment that emphasizes safety, clarity, and grounded embodiment over abstraction.
This course is open to all sincere learners.
While no prerequisite is required, completion of the Ancestral Medicine Foundation course is recommended for those who wish to deepen both the theoretical and practical dimensions of their training.
