Train Art of Chi Module 1 & 2 in person, combined with movement form from Art Of Longevity, with the main focus on Medical Qi Gong & Self-healing. This course helps you answer the question “How can I use energy to heal myself?”

Morning sessions focus on energy work and movement, refining sensitivity through the Art of Chi (AoC) and Art of Longevity (AoL). Afternoon sessions explore the hands-on healing arts — cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, fire therapy, meridian palpation, and diagnostic assessment through pulse, tongue, and abdomen.
